Triumph disc lighten save

Hi all
I have half a dozen or more Triumph discs, all rusty some chromed!!! I have a couple of projects & would like to use them up.
Need them lightened & I have a pattern.
Any help gratefully recieved.

They look cast to me , take care when you drill them , do NOT thin them down in width

 a modern alternative that looks somewhere near period will be much lighter and cheaper if bought second hand

Not had any luck with modern discs mate. Can get "girling" floating Triumph discs. Not sure if the quality. Or Hyde bigger floating discs. I have to make calier brackets anyway. But it still leaves me with loads of unused discs.
I think I will do both lol. Clean up the standard ones for originality but sort bigger ones for serious use.
