Bespoke gear manufacturer?
« on: March 18, 2021, 01:33:59 PM »
Wonder if anyone might be able to recommend an engineer who would be able to manufacture a bespoke primary pinion?
Many thanks.

Thanks Andy... it's for a TA125. I need a 21 tooth straight cut pinion with an AS3 central spline. I've got the 21 tooth straight cut gear but with single keyway...and I've got the AS3 helical cut gear with the central spline....could they be grafted together in any way?

Just a quick thought - sounds like you could have a TA125 primary gear. suggest you look at changing the end flywheel.
RD125 part is same as TA125 part. Should be able to find one on ebay for little money.
